Hi, I’m Derelyn — a birth and postpartum doula and Newborn Care Specialist passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum journey with compassionate and intentional care.
Certified through Sista Midwife Productions and Full Bloom Birthing and CPR/First Aid certified, my experience involves newborn care and supporting mothers through birth and postpartum. I provide emotional, physical, and practical support tailored to each family’s unique needs.
My services include birth support, overnight newborn care, daytime postpartum care, and virtual support. My approach to care is rooted in education, honesty, communication, and respect, while creating a calm, nurturing environment for both parents and baby.
Outside of my work, I enjoy singing, dancing, Cajun cuisine (I’m originally from New Orleans), and spending time with my dog. I look forward to supporting families during such a meaningful season of life.
