Hannah A. Collier is a maternal wellness professional, doula, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Maternal Mental Health Certified Professional (MMHC), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), and yoga therapist-in-training. As a maternal near-miss survivor, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to supporting women and families throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and parenthood.
Hannah completed her Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher through Flow of Life Yoga, completed doula training, and is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She is an IAYT-Qualified Yoga Therapist (IAYT-Q) and is currently enrolled in Stanford University’s 1,000-hour Clinical Yoga Therapy Certification Program through YogaX at Stanford Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
She serves as a Regional Support Coordinator with Postpartum Support International (PSI) GA, and is the Founder and Studio Owner of Pose Karma Yoga. Her approach combines maternal wellness, mindfulness, coaching, and therapeutic yoga practices to help mothers feel supported, informed, and empowered.
