Kay Neal is the Founder and Executive Director of Kay’s Doula Support Services Inc. (KDSS Inc.), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing compassionate maternal health and doula support. Kay is a certified birth doula with experience supporting families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period.
KDSS Inc. provides prenatal education, birth planning, childbirth preparation, continuous labor support, comfort measures, partner support, postpartum education, breastfeeding education, and referrals to community resources. Services are designed to help families feel informed, respected, supported, and confident throughout their birth experience.
Kay works with community and maternal-health organizations and serves families through both private and partnership-based programs. KDSS Inc. is committed to supporting underserved families while helping improve maternal and infant health outcomes.
